In a data-driven world, it’s in the best interest of businesses to use any available data to make informed decisions. One indispensable source of data that businesses turn to is consumer-based surveys.

This high demand for survey information creates a prime opportunity for you to get paid to give businesses and brands your opinion. Through various survey companies like Vindale Research, Swagbucks and Survey Junkie, people all around the world are able to make cash on the side for simply filling out surveys.

In this article, we’ll take a deeper look at Vindale Research and discuss what it is, how it works, and how you can use it to make money online in your free time.

What Is Vindale Research?

Vindale Research offers payment for taking surveys

Vindale Research is a market research company that pays you to take surveys and give your opinion. Vindale Research gives you access to thousands of paid survey opportunities and administers the entire survey-taking process.

Since businesses and brands strive to develop the best products, services, and advertisements, they’ll gladly pay a survey service like Vindale Research to collect the opinions of thousands of consumers. Your opinion will be your ticket to an easy source of extra cash.

The types of surveys you’ll have access to cover a whole range of topics. You’ll be able to take surveys related to entertainment, sports, home ownership, grocery shopping, or your pet. But it doesn’t stop there. There’s likely a survey out there for nearly any topic you can imagine.

Some surveys will take only five minutes. Other surveys may take up to an hour. Generally speaking, the longer your survey, the more money you’ll be paid. Each survey will have a different payment depending on the time it takes to complete and the difficulty of the survey.

Before diving into taking surveys, you should be aware that there’s much debate about the legitimacy of many survey-taking opportunities.

Is Vindale Research Legit?

Vindale Research is one of many survey-taking companies that promises an easy paycheck for simply giving your opinion. Some of these survey sites are flagged as scams and should be avoided like the plague. We’re happy to say that Vindale Research isn’t one of these companies.

It almost sounds too good to be true, so it’s important to know what you’re getting yourself into before offering any personal information and wasting your time with a dead-end service. Vindale Research is a tried-and-true service that pays cash for the work you put in.

You won’t have to worry about working long hours and not receiving a paycheck. You also won’t need to even think about being spammed after signing up for the service since Vindale promises not to give or sell your personal information to any third parties.

Additionally, Vindale Research — which is owned by Dynata LLC — is an accredited business through the Better Business Bureau and holds an A rating. The positive Vindale Research reviews will also point you in the same direction. Vindale Research has nearly 4,000 customer reviews through Trustpilot and averages four out of five stars.

How Does Vindale Research Work?

Vindale Research is like most other survey services. You’ll need to sign up, create a profile, and participate in surveys. Then you’ll get paid for your efforts.

Sign Up and Create Your Profile

The first step for new members is signing up for Vindale Research at the sign-up page. The easiest way to do this is through your Facebook account. If you don’t have Facebook, you can enter all of your personal information in the provided form. This includes your email, password, name, address, date of birth, ethnicity, and gender.

Before you can start taking surveys, you’ll need to provide all of this information. Vindale Research uses this demographic information to determine which surveys you’re qualified to take. Each survey seeks to receive opinions from certain demographics, so it’s imperative that you provide accurate information. Remember, all of these details will remain private and secure.

You’ll then need to head to your inbox and confirm your membership through the email from Vindale. Next you’ll go through your onboarding tutorial where you’ll have your first chance to earn $1. The tutorial will walk you through the survey-taking process and will help you understand the service before diving in.

The tutorial also includes your first questionnaire which will qualify you for surveys. These questions will include details like your salary range, education level, primary language, occupation, marital status, number of dependents on your tax return, and how many people live in your household. Depending on your answers from the first qualifier, you’ll be presented with a customized secondary set of qualifying questions.

After this, you’ll be given your first survey with Vindale Research. This survey is a handful of easy to answer questions that will fetch you your first $1. You can then proceed to search for additional surveys throughout the platform when you’ve successfully completed your first survey.

Take Surveys for Money

When you log in to your Vindale account, you’ll see current survey opportunities that you qualify for. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the limit is reached, the survey link will be closed. The survey page will be constantly updated with new surveys and the most current opportunities.

Each survey will have a short description, duration of the survey, and designated earnings on the right side of the screen. Once you qualify for a survey, you can answer questions related to the survey’s topic.

You should always answer questions honestly. If you think you can fly through questions without reading, you’ll be sadly mistaken. Vindale will throw questions like “What’s your name?” to weed out anyone who is clicking answers in a hurry to game the system and get paid more quickly.

After the successful completion of a survey, you’ll receive a confirmation detailing how much your account will be credited. Beyond taking surveys, there are also a few more ways you can make money with Vindale Research.

Additional Ways to Earn

Taking surveys isn’t the only way you can make money with Vindale. There are several other options for you to consider.

  • Reward codes: Active participants within the Vindale community will be rewarded with codes that convert to cash. Codes can be found on social pages and the blog and are given to members who complete challenges and polls.
  • Referral program: Every time you refer a friend to the Vindale platform, you’ll receive a $5 referral bonus.
  • Member photos: You can make $5 if you send in a photo of yourself with a sign of your Vindale earnings.
  • Reward mail: You can get paid to open and read promotional emails that are sent directly to your inbox.
  • Watching videos: You can get paid to watch videos and answer a few short questions afterward.

Get Paid

What makes Vindale Research slightly different than its counterparts is that it only pays cash, rather than operating on a confusing point-based system or gift card payments. Cash is king — what’s not to like about that?

For each Vindale survey or activity you complete, you’ll be credited a certain amount of money. Some surveys will pay under $1 while others can pay up to $50. As mentioned, you can also make a quick $5 by either referring a friend or taking a payment photo of yourself.

In order to receive a payout, you’ll need to head to the payment request center within your Vindale account. All payments come through PayPal and will be processed on the 15th and last business day of the month. This will require you to connect your PayPal account to Vindale.

Before you request a PayPal payment, you’ll need to have a balance of at least $50. Payments will also be made in increments of $50. This means that if you have a $70 balance, you can only cash out $50. If you have a $120 balance, you’ll be able to cash out $100 and you’ll still have a $20 balance remaining. You can request a payment anytime and wait until it comes through on the set payday.

Make Real Money Giving Your Opinion

Taking online surveys with Vindale Research is one of the easiest ways to make extra money on the side. You can take as many surveys as you’d like at any time of the day with minimal effort expended.
